This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for both our auto repair services and the sale of auto parts.

Returns and Exchanges

Auto Parts:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Auto parts can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. This only applies for a brand new items.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. Non-returnable Items:

    • Custom or special-order parts
    • Electrical parts once installed
    • Parts that have been modified or damaged
    • Items that are used and second hand. Once the buyer bought these items, we considered buyer took due diligence in checking the item/s, and that it met their expectations and standards before making the payment. 
  3. Return Process:

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  4. Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at 01753 429961 or [email protected].
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Auto Repair Services:

  1. Service Warranty:

    • We offer a 12-month or 10,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on all auto repair services.
    • If you experience any issues related to the services performed, please contact us immediately.
  2. Service Refunds:

    • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 5 days of the service date.
    • We will review your case and, if necessary, offer a re-service, partial refund, or full refund based on the situation.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged or defective items.
