Auto Parts:

Eligibility for Returns:
- Auto parts can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. This only applies for a brand new items.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Custom or special-order parts
- Electrical parts once installed
- Parts that have been modified or damaged
- Items that are used and second hand. Once the buyer bought these items, we considered buyer took due diligence in checking the item/s, and that it met their expectations and standards before making the payment.

- We offer a 12-month or 10,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on all auto repair services.

- We will review your case and, if necessary, offer a re-service, partial refund, or full refund based on the situation.
